Check-ups & Exams at our practice
Regular check-ups are the simplest way to keep your teeth and gums healthy, and they let us catch small problems early — before they turn into something that needs more involved treatment. At Seven Dental - Derby, your examination covers your teeth, gums and soft tissues, with X-rays taken only when they’re needed. A routine check-up, including any X-rays at the same visit, comes under NHS Band 1 (£27.90).
Most adults are seen every six to twelve months, though your dentist will suggest an interval that suits your own dental health; children and higher-risk patients are often seen more often. Keeping to regular visits is especially worthwhile given how stretched NHS dental access has become across Derby.
We’re currently welcoming new NHS and private patients from Normanton, Pear Tree, Rose Hill and the surrounding areas. To book your first check-up, call 01332 242526, register as a new patient, or explore our full range of treatments.
