From Pentagon Island take the 2nd exit onto A52
Keep in left hand lane then branch left, merge onto A601
At roundabout take 2nd exit, at roundabout take 2nd exit
At roundabout take 1st exit onto A5250
Turn left into Normanton Road
The practice is situated on the right-hand side
